"Every few months, I move the books around to different piles, re-shelve a few, shuffle the stack, or scrap it and start over." I've never related to anything more!
Love this post! I rearrange stacks all the time. and it's maybe one of my favorite things about being a reader. (until I recall the STACKS of books in the cupboards under the shelves, and I wonder if I could bribe my grandsons somehow to help me shelve them !!! yep, I did just think that!)
The piles around the house are so comforting, aren’t they? I also love visiting friend’s houses and seeing what little piles they have around ☺️

Chelsey, I love this style of post so much! Thank you for sharing this with us.
I have all these piles in my house (and brain) too! Just packed up a pile for a LFL donation.
I am nowhere near ambitious enough to create a #tenbeforetheend list, so also decided on #fivebeforethefinale! Let's make it happen next year. : )
Oh I’m so glad to see The Flea’s Sneeze on the list!! Does Theo love it?! We still read it every night!
He names every animal on the page and loves the sneezing!
