Happy Valentine’s Week, readers! As a special treat, I put together a printable pdf of some of my most recommended contemporary romance reads. This list is full of variety: romcoms, tearjerkers, low steam, high steam, LGBTQ+ stories, and women’s fiction crossovers. Many of these romance novels are personal favorites, but, above all, they each represent something special about the genre. If you’re an avid romance reader or frequent #bookstagram scroller, you’ll likely recognize a good portion of the titles here, but I hope you find something that flew under your radar, too.

Are you doing anything special to treat yourself or your loved ones this week? I made heart-shaped pizzas and Theo colored cards (ahem…tried to eat washable markers) for his babysitters. Curtis surprised me with flowers (a classic I’ll never tire of), and I’m exceptionally glad we took time to soak in this cheesy, fun, mushy, silly little holiday.
